Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

New Zealand:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:
Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7-21 business days for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at AllpaqaNZ@gmail.com to initiate a return
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include your order number and reason for return
4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
